We are continually developing our all-inclusive entertainment offer on RTL+. The pilot project for 'GZSZ' is particularly exciting for us because it caters to many frequently expressed wishes of our users. We are very pleased to be realising it together with our partner Jay and to gain new insights into the use of such offers.
We want to use different sources and mechanisms of content and media to create inspiration and entertainment around fashion and lifestyle. Our customers are inspired in many different ways. Series and films are definitely one of them. With the joint pilot project with Jay, we can offer this inspiration paired with a direct multimedia shopping experience for the first time.
For over 30 years, UFA has been telling captivating stories in GZSZ. UFA puts just as much effort into capturing and shaping fashion trends with authentic looks. Now the time has finally come: fans have the chance to discover which clothes and accessories are worn in each scene and which hit song is playing in the background – without disruption from the show.
Viewers can use this app to access additional information about John F. Kennedy's travels to pre- and post-war Europe, obtain background information on the historical context and find out more about the actors and interviewees.
In collaboration with Jay, Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg offers viewers completely new possibilities for additional information integrated directly on the screen. This service can also be used to link to other content and programmes - it has great potential.
